About Us

Hey there! My name is Taylor and I’m the founder of Testimony Letters.

Do people read about pages? I’m not sure. But, if you’re reading this, I very much appreciate it! Anyway…

Testimonies are a powerful tool for spreading the Word. As powerful as testimonies are, they aren’t used as much as they should be. Say you want to get someone to read a book you enjoyed. You could explain the plot (without spoilers), and maybe they’ll be interested. What I think is more important is the feeling that the book gave you. “This book changed my life!” “The ending had me in tears!” “I’ll never look at pineapples the same!”

That’s the power of testimonies. They invoke a feeling. They invoke inspiration. That is the goal of Testimony Letters. Here’s my three step process to do this:

  1. We want to create excitement. A letter in your mailbox in the midst of all your bills and marketing flyers? Exciting!

  2. Next up  is following up that excitement with inspiration. That’s why the art on the letter is so important. I want people to open the envelope, pull out the letter, and think “Wow.”

  3. Lastly is the testimony itself. Reading about Christians and non-Christains alike who struggled with faith, walked down dark roads, took the wrong paths, and then came out with their faith stronger than ever, it’s a beautiful thing. Something that inspires us to overcome adversity.

After I record and write a testimony, I feel moved to take action. To tell someone how much Jesus loves them. To read a book of the Bible. To do… something… anything!

That’s my goal with Testimony Letters. To inspire. I hope that our letters can inspire you.

Sorry for the long block of text (maybe I got a little carried away). If you read to the end, thank you. I mean it.

Best regards,

Taylor
