Refund Policy
If your letter arrives damaged, you are entitled to receive a refund for that particular letter. Alternately, we can send a replacement free of charge.
If your letter gets lost in transit, you are entitled to a refund for that particular letter. Alternately, we can send a replacement free of charge.
All subscriptions are set to renew automatically. Your card will be charged and your subscription will resume. If you do not want your subscription to renew, please contact us. Alternately, you can log in to your account and cancel your subscription at any time.
Monthly subscriptions can be refunded for up to one month after the letter ships. Six month subscriptiosn can be prorated for up to two months after the first letter ships. Yearly subscriptions can be prorated for up to four months after the first letter ships. Any refunds after these specified time periods cannot be accepted.
If you mistype your shipping address during checkout and we send your letters, you are not entitled to a refund. We will, however, resend your letters to the corrected address as a courtesy.
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us of an address change or update their address themselves in their customer dashboard. We will resend letters to the new address going back 3 months (90) days. Any letters that have been mailed past the 90-day mark are not subject to a refund or resend.
Upon cancellation of your subscription through the customer dashboard, you will receive a cancellation email notification stating that the account has been canceled. If you have emailed us to cancel the account for you, we will still notify you that the account has been canceled. You can also log into your account and see whether your account is active or canceled. If you are still being charged, you didn’t cancel your account.
